re: New information on the Rocky Horror Remake...

Count me in with the people who found Tim Curry sexy in rocky horror!
And I don't really see Jack Black as Frank but as I said before he would make an awesome Eddie!

"Oh please, Over at 'Gypsy' Patti LuPone hasn't even alienated her first daughter yet!" Mary Testa in "Xanadu" "...Like a drunk Chita Rivera!" Robin de Jesus in "In the Heights"

"B*tch, I don't know your life." -Xanadu After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofu

re: New information on the Rocky Horror Remake...

i find the concept of a remake of rhps just incredibly stupid. Just leave it as it is, what do they think? It will attract new fans? Anyone who hasnt already discovered it its probably just going to get freaked out by however this remake turns out, and its just going to piss off hard core rocky fans.

Will I see it? Probably. Will I be please? I already know I'm going to hate it.

What they REALLY need is a broadway revivial.

The revival actually started previews on October 19, 2000 and opened November 15, 2000. It closed January 6, 2002.

ROCKY HORROR was revived in 2001 why would they even think of reviving it so soon?

Who they really should get is Terrence Mann to play Frank, he was ridiculously amazing when I saw him in the revival.

As a Brad, why not Barrett Foa? The country knows how good he is with a toothbrush, just imagine a boa.

ooh barrett foa would be a really good brad! Anyone else see Amy Spanger as a potential Janet.

Terrence Mann would have been a great idea but I'm afraid he's too old at this point. The big screen is much too revealing, unlike the stage.

I really don't know much about Rocky Horror, but Amanda Palmer would be a great casting choice. She has a killer rock voice.
I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.
