Disney won't open two shows in the same season. Little Mermaid will likely open Spring 2008.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

No, I wasn't. I haven't been paying attention to the Mamma Mia numbers, sorry.

My money is on Tale of Two Cities for the Palace. Pirate Queen evidently has like an 80 person cast- the Hilton is the only close to open theater on Broadway that can hold all those people. And Tale will be big and looking for a theater months before Legally Blonde.

It would be rediculous for Company to go to the Palace. It would be sending it off to its immediate death to open it there. They deserve a small, intimate theatre. Maybe the Barrymore, now that GG is taking the Kerr?

Seriously? Wow! I hope this is true. I miss big casts and big orchestras. Say what you will about Garth Drabinsky's ethics, his productions were gloriously big. Nothin' beats sixty people on stage singing "Ol' Man River." :)

A Tale of Two Cities would be perfect for the Palace.

Even the original Company, with a set and a full 28 piece orchestra, would have looked and sounded small in the Palace. A poster on All That Chat initiated the Company at the Palace rumor, but it seems far removed from fact. I'd look for Company to wind up at one of the 1,000 seat playhouses.

I believe the Barrymore is being held for The Vertical Hour.

Begin at the beginning and go on till you come to the end: then stop.
