Hello. I'm from the UK and coming to NYC in June... Was told to look into seeing this, and after seeing the Tony performance I really want to book for this. I know to book through Telecharge but its only letting me select dates til the end of May 2010... Does anyone know if they are extending the booking period or if it's closing? Also does anyone know if Alice Ripley is staying much longer? Thanks guys x x

It hasn't announced a closing date and will probably extend its current booking period around mid or early February. As for Alice, she hasn't said anything about leaving. But she'll probably be around. I have a feeling she'll be staying with it as long as she can.

The last time I talked to Alice on facebook, she was still deciding if she was gonna stay with the show. My guess is that she will, but who knows?

can you purchase tickets thru www.broadwaybox.com or other discount web sites when you are in the UK? Telecharge will charge you full price

Since you don't actually PURCHASE tix through B'way Box, of course he can. (you are only getting a code from the site, and still purchase through telecharge) But codes for JUNE won't be released for many shows for a while. They want to fill houses now before worrying about summer.

Alice along with the rest of the cast, besides Kyle I would guess, have contracts until March, so...

You should buy your tickets once you are in NYC. That show never sells out, and the lotto is very easy to win too.
It's also every night on TKTS 50% off. Why buy the tix in advance and pay a bunch of extra fees?

Thanks for the advise guys! Me and my partner both agree we'll wait and just get them while we're there via tkts or if there not on (which looking at what people have said they should be) then we can always just buy from the box office without the fees :) thanks very much cannot wait now!!
