I'm selfishly giddy about the whole thing.
There's nothing I enjoy more than a little Les Mis.
And now I don't have to leave the city to get my fix.

We just can't seem to let things go in our current culture. I love the things some producers will do for another buck...as if Macintosh needs it...

I don't understand why. A new show could easily take it's place and give somebody a chance to make it big.
"If the cow has more cash, why not keep squeezin'?"
I really don't understand why this is happening. I checked the calendar the moment I read that it was coming back, but it's definitely not the first of April yet.
I just think it's so sad that there aren't any better ideas to fill a Broadway theatre with than to resurrect an old show that is barely cold. It is the worst sign of a commercial theatre, and taking up a great space like the Broadhurst is just sad.
Hopefully it'll clear out for good before the 2007 Tony deadline. I'd hate to see it get extended by popular demand and run for a long time again. I love the show, but enough is enough.
