The great thing about fad diet fast weight loss, is that you can gain it all back in two days. A slice of cheesecake and you're back to the zaftig Corine we all grew to love.
So Corine, we're all pulling for you on the Tracy audition. You're going to do great!
I know you told me I was the only person you told about the OTHER audition you went on, but all sorts of other BWW members told me you told them the same thing. And we're ALL dying to know! How did it turn out? I know I pulled a couple of strings with the casting person... but I never heard! We've all been spending weeks singing, "God we hope she gets it!"
DO SPILL!

I didn't see Shoshana as Tracy, but I DO know that she had to wear a fat suit. I read that in an interview with her.
Also, for whoever asked if this was for the Vegas company, no it's not. As far as I know, HAIRSPRAY isn't going to Vegas. This is for replacements for the Broadway and national touring companies.
Chorine, look behind you, I'm sure you will find it!

I'm still waiting for the open call to replace the rat that runs between Tracy's feet in Good Morning, Baltimore. I'd really love to run between Corine's feet 8 times a week!
Corine for Tracy! Corine for Tracy!

Everyone should support Corine in this. It is her dream to be back on Broadway, it is her passion. A couple of milkshakes and she'll regain the water weight she's lost over the past couple weeks. She'd be the perfect Tracy, but I really think she is going to need encouragement from each of us. And I mean that. Each. Of. Us.

I don't erase, Corine, that's your technique. Plus, it's very clear that all you need is to get some encouragement from our supportive BWW family to get out there and take your passion to make it happen. You know you belong back on the Bway stage, you KNOW you do and stop with the false modesty. Don't you think somebody up there is trying to tell you something? You've been "free to pursue other options" for a couple months now. Well, destiny is calling Corine, pick up the phone. It's not like you don't have plenty of experience auditioning, so you know what to expect.
C'mon everybody, encourage Corine. Let's go!
