Ordering Broadway Tickets

I ordered a ticket for The Book of Mormon about an hour ago. I went for the e-ticket option. How long does it take to send me the email with the PDF of the ticket? I got the confirmation email but haven't heard anything since. This is the first time I'm ordering tickets (people usually order them for me) so excuse me of my ignorance.

Some shows are quicker than others when sending the e-tickets, so time can vary. Some send the tickets in a few hours, others a few days.

I ordered 2 tickets for THE PERFORMERS this afternoon and chose the pick the tickets up at the box office option. Two minutes later I got an long email about how at the present moment they are emailing tickets to people to print at the moment rather than having them be picked up at the box office. So those E-tickets arrived two minutes after I placed my order. In the past I've never had to wait more than an hour to get them.

Make sure you check your spam/junk mail folder. You never know when your email client might randomly decide that something is spam.

There have been one or two times (happened to be when I used a discount) where I never got an email, but when I logged back into Telecharge, they were there under my account.

Were you able to print them out from there? I never used Telecharge before and I'm not entirely sure how that works. I still haven't gotten the email.
