Two, she isn't really in prime shape to play a dancer. Yes, Cassie is older, but she is still in great shape and can dance her ass off. I really don't care to see Miss LuPone in a red onsie, she is 59 years old!

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

LuPone was never a dancer. If you look at clips of her in Evita during the Buenos Aires number, you can tell she could barely handle the choreography. (It looked like someone was spanking her). And that was 30 years ago. She would need a body double to play Cassie, then and now.
She should play Cora Hoover Hooper in "Anyone Can Whistle".
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

A musical version (or even a non-musical version) of Tales of the City with LuPone playing Anna Madrigal.
