kristy has only done the role maybe once or twice, poor girl. she isn't bad, she just has a different timbre to her voice.

it has happened before...

both dina and sho, being jewish, missed a show and kristy went on. right now, saycon has not started yet, so kristy is the only cover.

an exmaple -- aida. the standby was out sick, the understudy was on vacation, and heather headley came down sick. they had to bring in merle dandridge from the tour for a few shows.

Hmm... she seems like a talented, pretty girl but her rendition of Wizard and I just was not good. It sounded like a general high school girl rendition of it :-X. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but does she ever go in as Glina? I'm blanking right now.

It's funny cuz in one of the pics of kristy you can see the little latex strip that is attatched to the wig popping off of her head. How do they attatch that to the head? Is it some sort of temporary glue?

there is no latex strip on those wigs. latex strips are on CHEAP wigs. broadway quality wigs have wig lace. are you sure that you are not refering to her microphone??

She does have a bit of green covering the brim of her wig so that they don't have to greenify so far up, though.

I didn't think Kristy was very good either. Everyone else was great though! (except the Lion King....I hate the show!)
