The black and white one will probably still be nice, just the color version really hits it out if the park.

I like the brushstrokes on The Great Society cover. It's a small thing but it makes a difference.
freestyle love supreme confuses me. It's like a piece of clip art and a real basic font. Why?
Linda Vista feels like an ad for a new USA show. But it does have personality.
I guess The Lightning Thief looks fine. But why does the "e" in "the" pop so much more than the other letters?

Posted: 8/27/19 at 4:07pmI do kind of like the "fls" in the mic cord of Freestyle Love Supreme. I can't get over how stock photo-y the Linda Vista playbill looks, but I'm not sure why I feel that way.

The covers for Tina and The Inheritance aren't unexpected, but still, they look great. I hope The Inheritance never goes B&W. There's so much impact in those high contrast colors. I can see Tina selling some great glittery merch. Can't wait to see it.

Still confused about the actual name for the Helen Hayes Theatre. Second Stage website, Wikipedia, and the playbill for Lobby Hero have it as the Hayes Theater. Subsequent playbills and Playbill.com have it as the Helen Hayes Theater.

Right?! And it says Second Stage Theatre. I thought the company name was just "Second Stage" so this adds more confusion. Its the Second Stage theatre at the Hayes theatre which is named after Helen.

Well, no... the company has always been called Second Stage Theatre, and is sometimes abbreviated to Second Stage.
The Hayes vs. Helen Hayes debacle is confusing, but the use of Second Stage’s name is pretty simple. If it’s a Second Stage production (Lobby Hero, Straight White Men, Linda Vista, so on) it will annotate Second Stage Theatre. If it is a rental, so to speak (Constitution, Torch Song) it will just say Helen Hayes on the banner.
The only time they’ve called it just “The Hayes” was for Lobby Hero which reopened the venue, so I assume they’ve reverted back to Helen Hayes now for good.

Meh to The Wrong Man. It's not horrible. I think it just reminds me too much of History Channel, Investigation Discovery, and Netflix true crime documentary stuff. It's got the feel of something slapped together in (being generous) 20 minutes on Photoshop.
