i HATE fridays. teach all day, get home at 4, but then go to work from 5 till 10:30.

my day's been ok- I just got kicked off a professional dinner theatre production of Grease because some girl complained about a younger girl getting "her" part

awww. im sorry sally. directors/ other jealous people/ casting can be poopy. I hope you feel better...shame on them to say that you took her part...you probably deserved it WAY more than her, and because I know the general type who would say that, she is probably just using it to cover the talent she doesnt have!

dont worry...earlier this year for oklahoma the role of ali was between me and my best friend, jared...everyone knew before the auditions that it was going to go to one of us. After two rounds of callbacks, I guess they couldnt decide, so they asked us both (in private and individually, of course) if we would take anything else in the show. We both said no, and they couldn't make a decision. We were double cast...that's what i got for trying to be a diva.

yeah...so there were no hard feelings. But he was trying to prove to everyone he was better than me. This past summer in the wiz, I got cast as the tinman and he was my understudy (ooo burn! haha)..and then I found out I was accepted to Ann Reinking's broadway Theatre project (www.broadwaytp.org ~if any readers were wondering), and turned down the wiz, so he got the role. He felt he had something to prove....oh well!

how did you get to fly? ours is kind of a weird way, we have big harnesses that attatch to loop holes in our costumes, and when we fly, the light is fixed on us so that you cant really see the harness.
