Anywayz, oldies are welcome to come back and post more but I bumped this especially for at least a couple new Phantom fans. Enjoy!

Anywayz, to add something slightly new...to those of you who are big fans of the story of POTO, I highly recommend reading Susan Kay's "Phantom." It's difficult to get as it's out of print, your best bet would be internet or library, but if you are able to get it, it's a GREAT read. It starts from the beginning, from Erik's birth through all of POTO and a short epilogue. It also gives a big different perspective to the whole story, more Erik/Christine than Rauol/Christine which I happen to love. I actually read this book twice, it's just so well written. You see the first time he sees Christine, the first time he sings/talks to her, it's just sooo good.

I feel so weird that I've missed out here for so long. There's been Phantom lovers abound and I've missed out. But now I'm back, the ultimate hugh panaro fan (back off, girls and boys, he's mine :) )
Anyway....yeah. :)

Zepka...the management of the Regal Quaker Crossing must be shot at dawn...the evildoers changed to their movies a day early for the "holiday" weekend.

Consequently even tho' fandango showed them as having POTO last night (Thu)...we drove there for a final viewing
AND
IT
WAS
GONE
I had to restrain myself from reaching through that small window and throttling the girl who said "Uh...we lost that movie...yeah...uh..we...uh switched films today instead of tomorrow."

Do they not fear the Wrath of Beacon???
Cue: Echo
Cue: Thunder and lightning

Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?

re: POTO appreciation thread pt 2

Yaaay. So great to finally own and watch whatever scenes. The features were decent, behind the mask was very informative and pretty cool to see. I think they could have done more with the making of the movie...oh well. I loved the cut song, as I posted in another thread finally found my icon in it hehe, and the sing-along was cute. Still trying to watch DVD-rom features..grrr. But yaay for Phantom movie!

Reading my last post, I still haven't been able to watch the DVD-rom features...ulgh.

So yeah, months later, still love the movie re: POTO appreciation thread pt 2
