I'm still confused by the advrtisemnt above that states something live is happening backstage today... there has been no info on what or what time. Or did I miss something?

I was confused too, but it says that it's live now, even though we're getting video clips. It seems they have a different meaning for the word "live". I imagine they'll be filming like crazy today and will put it on the site starting tomorrow.

Yeah, we were all a bit confused in the beginning thinking that it was going to be live each day at the same time. But we caught on to their plan and I trust they have a plan for this as well.

They just posted the castcoms from last night post-show, and the cast and crew looked like they were on cloud nine. What a wonderful feeling to get through the first preview! They showed some of the audience reaction and stage door, and it looks like it was a madhouse. It's great to see!

It's the top of the Klein Matterhorn (small Matterhorn) in Switzerland, taken the beginning of September. I was 12,000 feet high, and boy was it cold!!! The Matterhorn was behind me to my right. The mountains are, I believe, the Italian Alps, as the Matterhorn is right on the border between Switzerland and Italy. The snow was ankle deep.

Hearing about all the of the changes that are being made is making me long to see the show again. I wish I lived closer so I could go see the changes that they put in place this weekend. They sound exciting.
