Also..The gracious people over at the PIRATE QUEEN have offered an EXCLUSIVE fourth sneak peek at the COMCAST to members of the Pirate Queen boards.
EDIT: Exclusive sneak peek now available to everyone on the official site
And since Castcom goes LIVE on Tuesday I thought this could also be a place to discuss the daily entries that will be posted.

Bump for the new sneak peaks I edited the first post with!
Awesome stuff!
Great idea!
Watching both of the previews and the Chicago preview is making me even more excited than I was before (and I've been pretty, darn excited!). Not only do I LOVE this cast (so cute, fun, and talented!), but the tiny clips of the songs and dancing look/sound amazing. I was SO excited hearing Stephanie sing part of "Because I Am a Wife".
I wish I had seen the cast taping on the streets of Chicago (I live here in Chicago...well, near)! ha!
heh Watching the Chicago preview made me giddy, especially since that area where they filmed that is where I hang out a lot of the times.
Will they save these videos online...because I have school till 3:30pm on those days.
It would be nice if they kept an archive on the site. Guess we'll find out next week. Either way, I'm sure it will be up long enough for you to check out after school.
I've tried looking at the Chicago Castcom video, but it stops just after the director is introducing his light man. Is anyone else having this problem?
Works for me. Not sure what's up.

Are you trying to view it on their website, or on YouTube? Unfortunately, there have been lots of problems viewing vids on the official site (I hope they can get it fixed!), so I've put them on YouTube for the time being.
I was trying to look at it on their website. I'll check out YouTube.
Thank you.

I am so freakin' excited about this. What time does it go live, because I would love to watch them live.
They say it on the castcom...
4pm NY time
3pm Chicicago time
1pm Los Angeles
I'm assuming although it will be "live" that they we'll be able to watch it even if we don't watch it live. I have dial-up and the live part is not possible for me.
they are all So hillarious. its honestly the best idea i have heard of. it will build up so much momentum for the show. i cannot wait to see it.

Eponine, the funny thing is that his middle initial isn't even J! It's, get this, H for...are you ready for this one?... HUGH!
Anyway, another article about CASTCOM in the Daily Herald. My favorite quote from it:
"I’m personally excited about the ability of castcom to reach out and in a way probably silence these chat rooms,” said “Pirate Queen” producer John McColgan. “We’re doing the talking and we’re telling the story."
Oh... there'll be some talkin', John, there'll be some talkin'! Hopefully the good kind.

Poor, dear, deluded man...I'm assuming he's including message boards in "chat rooms." And...why would he want them silenced, anyway? At this point in the game, buzz is buzz!
Bard - I think he just means that the power is in THEIR hands with the castcom to publically squash (silence) any rumors and call out any untruths that are posted.
If someone gets injured (God forbid!), for example, we'll hear it from them instead of a fellow poster who heard if from their cousin who's best friend's piano teacher heard it from ... you get the point.

Makes perfect sense, Popular--thanks!
I wonder if we'll see any rehearsal stuff, or if this will be strictly an "offstage" deal. Guess we'll find out at 4 (my time)!

"...or if anyone is in L.A., 1 'o clock!"
(Thanks for remembering us Marcus )
The official site's countdown is off (at least for me) It's supposed to be going live in less than 2 hours but it's showing me less than 5. Anyone else seeing this?
I'm not seeing a countdown at all.
Bardolator, just to let you know, I can look at the first two Castcom previews with no problem on the Pirate Queen website, but the third one continues to cut out at the same place I described earlier.
no matter now, obviously. cast com is here.
