Add Sherie Rene Scott to the list (2 noms)
Some of these are bound to win at some point in their career but they've always been nominated in tough categories in extremely strong theatre seasons, specifically Raul Esparza, Sherie Rene Scott, and Kelli O'Hara.

That is why rumors about people like Patti being a bitch hold no water with me, since she has two Tonys. She might tirade on fans and bank employees, but I hear she is generous to work with and very sweet.
Those with multiples nods and no awards are the people you need to wonder about.

John Gielgud — won as a director (for an American play), won a non-competitive Tony as a performer, but didn't win either of his two acting nominations
