Front row is usually amazing for any show. :) You're able to see all the facial expressions and small little movements the actors do that you can't see from farther back. Only downside is that you will be looking up a bit the whole time. You have to look upward to see what's going on, otherwise it's going to be John Cudia's feet singing Music of the Night. Upstage might also be a bit hard to see; I've no idea how tall/short you are.
Anyway, it's like I said. It's really cool being able to see the actors up close. It's a lot easier to get into the show. And like Little-Lotte said, the chandelier's gonna go right over your head, which is awesome!
I wish my parents would surprise me with tickets... I had to beg my mom for orchestra seats at Phantom this Friday.
