The hair is too cartoonish for me. Also, the red eye... Sweeney's supposed to have an odd eye, but I don't think odd to that extent. After all, would you really get your hair cut by a guy who looks like that? The whole thing with serial killers is that they have to look like normal and unassuming people.
Jimmy, what are you doing here in the middle of the night? It's almost 9 PM!
