This site has the potential to be pretty awesome. I can't wait to see what it grows into!

If you're looking for a database, I'd actually recommend Floormic.com. It also charts replacements and non-New York shows.
Basically, all PlaybillVault is is IBDB without replacements.
And now the whole world can see that John McMartin has never updated his headshot.
Husk, I have to disagree. Playbill has a leg up on all the other Broadway databases because they offer the actual Playbill covers, title pages, credits, and headshots. No other site has all of that.
It's also a really nice-looking site. I was poking around it before, and I also can't wait for it to be updated more.
It also will feature photos and synopses. I love the layout as well.
Looked at Floormic, I like the Playbill site better. I could also stay on this site all day.

Well, what Playbill has going for it, is they have people they can retain onstaff full time. Floormic is user edited, and we are working as hard as we can to get more info in there.
I like this site too. However, their birthday thing they need to update. Sara Ramirez was not born in December of 1969. Interestingly, nothing of the sort shows up for Orfeh though.
Wow. You can actually browse through digital copies of old playbills. I could easily be on this site for hours at a time.

It is awesome. Was just going back at looking at 88-89 when I started going regularly. Lots of memories without going through my Playbills.
Whoever said this site does not have replacement information is wrong. You have to click the opening night cast, and right next to each role, you can view replacements and specifically when they started.
^ Second That. It's great to click on a role and see all the people who played that role next to each other. Great feature!

^ Only on newer shows and even what they do have is pretty incomplete.
I also dislike how poor the readability is on the site as a whole.
Haha, I would hate to be anyone involved with FloorMic or IBDB right now. Since this site makes them obsolete.
Sorry Husky.

^ Except Playbill only covers Braodway. What are you going to do if you have questions about regional theatre, international or Off-Broadway? That's the purpose of Floormic.
And thanks for assuming that other sites are obsolete...
