yet the London cast got higher praise and the show was a hit here?
The praise Taboo didn't get in the states was largely because the book revisions were awful; its failure on Broadway was probably mostly because they caused the storytelling to fall apart. This cast was perfect.

We Will Rock You is a hit in London too, but that doesn't mean it's a good show.

Taboo could have been a hit. Blame Rosie and her bad marketing (one poster featured a man peeing into a urinal), not Raul. The cast and score were top notch.
It's mine. I asked him to sign something for me, and that's what I got.
Yeah, Bobby, it could have, which is probably the biggest shame about it.
