My seven year old watched it four times tonight. He is psyched, even thought he will not see it at the theater.

Actually, Emcee, I think it will be up on Tuesday. (June 7th... that's Tuesday... right?) But, there are still links you can get it at. I'm sure Dirty Rotten's link works, but so does this: http://www.personal.psu.edu/users/a/u/aum141/RentTrailer.mov

I sobbed, I kid you not. For an hour, the first time I saw that. But I'm the one who saw them film, and cried for an entire day after, too. I really have lost my mind.

Oh my god... this movie looks amazing. Watching this, I was fighting back tears. It looks like they are really staying true to the show.

Pfft. I'll suggest a name for the 12-step program, but I'm not gonna be a part of it. Ha. I quite like myself just as I am. Hey, at least I'm passionate about the things I like...!

So I've read differing things... Does anyone know whether or not "Over the Moon" has indeed been cut? Thanks!

As of the last I've heard, "Over the Moon" is still very much there. It was shot a few weeks ago, and there seem to be clips from the protest in the trailer.

It is certain that Over the Moon was filmed.
And I doubt they'll edit it out of the movie. Its like Maureen's only other song, and its way too important to the plot. The riot following the protest WILL be seen- so why wouldn't the protest be seen?
I think we can rest assured it'll be there.

Well, the one review of the script (from back when Spike Lee was still directing) said that the protest was the beginning of La Vie Boheme and that Over the Moon had been replaced by that. Has that since changed?
