"ladies and gentlemen, please be on the look-out for an 18 year-old Oriental chunky stalk of celery, that resembles Ugly Betty. She likes to scream in the theatre, and has a tendancy to pee when things aren't funny. Proceed with caution"
This thread had made me laugh so much. You all are amazing! Especially you Diva and The8tre phan.
I'm seeing the show on sunday, and I was wondering, would it be bad if I stage door the Mat. performance because I have to leave right after the night one? I met Tracie Thoms after her first show while in line for the lotto and got a picture (no one was there, rather sad) and that night after i saw the show, i just told her she did great and went home. Would that be considered rude, considering I havn't seen the show yet?

BwayBoundJoe, I think you'll be fine. Since most of the cast is alumni, you can honestly say that you have enjoyed their performance in the past and can't wait to see them again.
Also, I think Celery and Coolkid should get married. Then they can beg for tickets to closing and the scream together at the closing! Updated On: 1/8/09 at 06:15 PM
Thanks felineOfavenueQ, I did see Gwen, and had a great conversation with her. I'm glad i'll be seeing her again. Unlike some people, I try to be considerate when it comes to theatre...and yeah, that picture...wow
