(There's no right answer, so no arguments please! I think it was a high-quality Broadway season — 15 productions, with something for everyone — and it's just interesting to see differing opinions.)

Didn't see the others, or haven't yet.
Words don't deserve that kind of malarkey. They're innocent, neutral, precise, standing for this, describing that, meaning the other, so if you look after them you can build bridges across incomprehension and chaos. But when they get their corners knocked off, they're no good anymore…I don't think writers are sacred, but words are. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones in the right order, you can nudge the world a little.

I liked all of them except for Honeymoon in Vegas - there is a big gap between the last 2.

I saw 4 musicals that opened this season...loved 3 and left the fourth at intermission
OTTC (I saw 3x!!!)
Something Rotten
The Last Ship
On the Town (I was so bored, if I knew it was like that I would have gone to see The Last Ship for a second time!!
Also I really wanted to see Side Show but it closed two weeks before my first trip to NYC this year in Jan. Loved the OBCR (and the revival cast recording) of this show!

I, too, like them all. And they were so different it's difficult to be completely fair in ranking them. But as far as those that stood out the most.
