Peter Pan sans Rigby. Add in a Broadway level budget and creative team and cast... The John Caird/Trevor Nunn script and a male in the title role opposite Brent Barrett as Hook.

"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer

"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher

I'd love to see Evita, A Little Night Music(I'd love to see Glenn Close as Desiree), Company(they should have transfered the Kennedy Celebration), Merrily We Roll Along, A Chorus Line

Funny Girl. It's been a long enough wait, and I'm sure Barbra wouldn't mind. re: Revivals You'd Like To See

Bat Boy and A New Brain never played Broadway and don't fit into the "classics" category, so they couldn't be revivals.

On the Twentieth Century
The Pajama Game
Redhead
Zorba
Paint Your Wagon
The Rink
Carrie
Fiorello
Mack and Mabel
Flahooley (I'm so curious about this bizarre show)

Ya know what! I would love a revival of Hello Dolly in general; but I would really love to see Carol Channing attempt it again...one last time. She could be aweful, and I would still pay big bucks to see her in the role...considering I never did have the pleasure.

And I will say this again: Mame...starring Christine Baranski re: re: Revivals You'd Like To Or perhaps even Christine Ebersole could take another swing at it.

re: re: re: Revivals You'd Like To

I thought of this one quite a while ago. I'm not sure whether this actress could pull it off, acting wise, or not, but...
I think Idina Menzel could be a great Mama Rose in a Revival of Gypsy in 14 years. There seems to be another revival every 14 years, and I think Idina could be a wonderful Mama. Agree or Disagree? Also, for those of you who have seen her in Wicked, is she more of a singer than an actress, or both?

ANYTHING GOES. I saw this show for the first time last summer on Cape Cod and loved it very much. I would be great to see it get the full Broadway treatment.

EVITA. Staring Idena Menzel.

I'm also gonna miss Caberet.

SIDESHOW, another thread just reminded me.

I'm not a complete grammar freak... I admit that I miss capital letters a lot when I type, but PLEASE spell it right. It's CabAret, not Caberet.

Ok, sorry I freaked out. But really, I am glad that you're going to miss it. So will I.
