*ahem*...well, that's interesting that they would even have clips of gere singing (you're) the one that i want. you see, that song was composed for the movie version in 1978. gere was in the 1973 london production.
ditto goes for sandy. another song composed for the movie.

That being said, it's a great picture! I'd always heard about him doing the show, but I'd never seen an image from the production.

its summer nights and i think Sandy they keep showing, Ask anyone from the UK they have been loads of clips.
The woman playing sandy was also shocking(they couldn't dance that much in the clips i watched because of the stupid mic's

Umm Sandy likewise was written for the film... (to be fair it prob was Alone at the Drive-Inn which as a clip would look quite similar.
Wow I know cast members of Grease always look like they're ancient but that one girl behind him looks particularly... not high school age
