I just received an email from MCC that LuPone passed away today from Pancreatic Cancer.

May his memory be a blessing..

Got the same email and posted almost simultaneously with you, Jordan.  Apart from his great work at MCC, I'll always remember him as the original Zach in A Chorus Line.  Condolences to his family.

I see that this thread is a year old but I still wanna chime in and add something. I hope that Robert LuPone's loved ones have found some comfort and healing since his passing.
