Why would Rain, which is a limited run and not doing particularly well, move into a different theatre?

This all seems highly implausible.
And I don't think RAIN is doing as bad as we think. That theater is huge, and the show is only 4 guys, so with a low overhead, maybe it would benefit from being in a smaller theater if they want to have a longer run.

I hope Rain continues somewhere either on or off Broadway past January.

i heard from several sources (non-twitter) that Rain is moving to the Brooks.

Interesting. I don't really remember much about the Brooks, was only in it once, and I was under the mezz, but it didn't seem like such a big theater, so maybe that's a better fit for it.

I really hope this rumor is true and that ROA is on its way out. I left at intermission because I was so disgusted with the fact that this dreck had made it to Broadway. The first act was like nails on a chalkboard.

While RoA may not exactly be the most artistic piece of theatre on Broadway, it is still very enjoyable and I loved every minute of it. Constantine's voice...mmmmmm :)

Love the show! I do hope it continues at the Hayes. I took my 65 year-old mother to the tour in Chicago and she absolutely LOVED it and wants to see it again. It was my first time seeing Constantine in the role and I instantly understood his Tony nomination. He was fantastic and kept the performance surprisingly fresh.

Why do people so often cite tweets and then not even link to said tweets?
