Raul Esparza as Anatoly in Chess.
Patti LuPone as Joanne in Company.
Adam Pascal as Judas in JCS.

I'd like to see Tim Howar as Judas as well, actually. His voice would be perfect for the role, provided he can belt that high.

You know, it's funny that you say that Kristin could play Clara, because both Kristin and Kelli went to the same university and were taught vocally by the same voice teacher.

That being said, I would like to see Kristin play Mildred Plotka/Lily Garland in On the Twentieth Century, since she idolizes Madeline Kahn so much.

there's no way that bernadette is too old to play desiree - the last major revival in london had dame judi dench! and i always think of her as an actress in the latter end of a career - a fading star, reduced to running up and down in little tours. i think she'd be perfect right now, and older! and i'd love to see it.
in fact it should be revived anyway - someone get on it.
