Wow! Exciting news! I LOVED the recent Donmar production. It gave me a new appreciation for the play. I'm excited to see another take on it, particularly after seeing Rashad in ADHP2, and Sullivan's excellent work on The Little Foxes.

This is fabulous news. I've seen two productions of Saint Joan within the last year and it holds up extraordinarily well. Even though it's a long play (3+ hours), it absolutely flies by when performed well. Rashad is an inspired choice.

I really have been underwhelmed by Rashad to date (but only saw Bountiful, R&J, and ADHP2, and did not anticipate seeing this production. But that cast announcement is really excellent. Maybe, this time will do it.

The Smash references are killing me and I love it LOLZ! Seriously, this show is so much more fun AND easy to quote and reference than Glee...why, I have no idea.
Moving on, any reason why this doesn't state who's playing who? Other than Condola, obviously.
