I love Sinatra, and love a good old bio musical, but there is simply too much to be covered here. The great writer James Kaplan has every written two hefty biographies of the man focusing on different aspects of his life, just out of the plain fact is that there is more history to Sinatra than a full set of Encyclopedia Britannicas.

I'd rather play his albums---that's where his memory belongs--all that wonderful the music and NOT dishing all the dirt surrounding the man.

The "there's just too much there" logic is just so bizzare to me. It's a story-teller's job to weave a narrative.Yes, having a lot to work with in a way that makes your job tricky to make sure you're presenting a fair yet compelling story, but I'd rather them doing that instead of fluffing up what should be a 30 minute story.
Just wish they don't Beautiful the book.
