Where are the stage doors to the Booth Theater (Pillowman) and The Imperial Theater (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels)? And how often do Billy Crudup/Jeff Goldblum and John Lithgow/Norbert Leo Butz come out that way?
for the imperial theatre: if you're facing the stage, go out the left-hand side doors. Once you're out of those doors, you're at the stage door. It beats going around the theatre.
"Chicago is it's own incredible theater town right there smack down in the middle of the heartland. What a great city! I can see why Oprah likes to live there!" - Dee Hoty :-D
When I went to DRS on Friday nite, Norbert was the first person out. I didn't stay after that (the barricade fell and my camera broke when I fell with it) Haven't gone to PILLOWMA?N yet, but hope u have fun.
I've gone to DRS a couple times and John and Norbie always come out and are very nice and gracious, take pics, sign everything, etc. I think I've heard from a couple of people that they come out for matinees as well.
"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli
When I went to DRS the stagedoor was clearly marked and obvious as to where it was. Shouldnt bee hard to find; but when I went I was told Joanna Gleason doesnt come out. I saw Sherrie Renee Scott's understudy (who was very good actually, i loved her) and so I couldnt tell you if she comes out or not. But for the most part everyone does except Joanna Gleason. hehe, its an awsome show; never seen PILLOWMAN. Have a great time : ) <3 Darren
