I am sure that there must be many threads about this man but I am curious what the general sentiment that surrounds this incredibly talented man.

He is everywhere, seems to know everyone and like the Ever Ready bunny[battery], just keep going---in a good way.

He seems to have tireless energy combined with outstanding knowledge on all things musical with a wit that connects with all his guests.

He deserves a special award for all his tireless work during this terrible time giving exposure to all those 'resting' artists who get to shine for just a short time through his show, and now a Town Hall series.

There must be other well known and respected musicians on Broadway but his current work is just so prolific and the exposure for all is priceless during this 'blackout' period.

Congratulations to all involved and would love to hear thoughts from other members about this very generous, likeable man.

First met Seth at Don't Tell Mama when he was doing Chatterbox there. I had been following him online and was determined to meet him and tell him how much I enjoyed the show. I felt like he kinda blew me off and I was a bit crushed. Met him again and mentioned we had met at Don't Tell Mama. He remembered and apologized for being short. He was talking to someone at the time, may have been James, and I think he was needing to get somewhere. He was so apologetic and we chatted a bit. I have since been in his presence a few times. As is evident, he is a high energy/high strung, very busy guy. And very focused. But a very nice guy. The few times I have been around him I have been envious as he is just living his best theatrical life.

Ran into him at B'way Flea a number of years ago. I've been listening to "Seth's Big Fat Broadway" on SiriusXM for years and I told him how much I love it. He can be a little too self-centered from time to time though.

What he's done throughout the pandemic is beyond belief. Just when you thought you'd seen it all with Zoom calls, along comes Rudetsky - with James Wesley - to take it to the next level EVERY SINGLE DAY for over a year. It's a wonder he has now raised over a million dollars for the Actor's Fund.

- You'll be back! Emus can't help people customize and save hundreds on car insurance with Liberty Mutual. You're just a flightless bird! - No. He's a dreamer, Frank.

I love and fully embrace everything he’s done for Broadway, etc. He has been involved with the NY Broadway community since he was a teenager in the 1970s which is why he seems to know everyone. Any performer over 30 has known him for decades. Now, as much as he seems to know everything, he equally gets tons of trivia tidbits incorrect. Many guests correct him countless times to which he questions these guests, which is embarrassing to witness.

He’s awarded tons of Tony Awards and Oscars to shows and actors who were only nominated, etc.

“Um, Seth… I was nominated. I didn’t win.”

“Are you sure?”

“I think I would know if I won or not.”

Actually, he already has received one! He received a special Drama Desk award during the pandemic for exactly that reason: "for connecting members of the theater community, lifting spirits, and keeping us informed during the coronavirus crisis."
