I love the joy this lady has over getting show tickets. I hope 1) it stays open long enough and 2) that the Motown company sees this! I tweeted the show's account but then remembered my account is protected and they won't see it unless they follow me. In any case... Enjoy!! (posting from phone so I hope the link works)

It's so amazing to see someone get that excited about the theatre :) I hope she enjoys the show!!
I can't imagine she won't enjoy. And her mispronunciation of mezzanine makes me laugh each time. Too funny/ cute!

Awesome! Oh I hope the show is still going strong for her to attend.
I'll probably feel horrible for her if the show doesn't last that long!
Great video!
Thank you for posting. Wonderful! Someone from the show must see this video!
This is so sweet!!! A member of the cast posted this in the comments section of the video!
HI! My name is Julius and i am a cast member over at Motown on Broadway. This video made my day. I want to do something special for your mom. When she comes, i would love to give her a backstage tour, say hello, and introduce her to some of the actors. It would be my pleasure. Please message me so that we can make this happen. Happy Holidays!
Julius?
I hope it all works out for her!!!!
That's great! :)
The daughter saw Julius' message! Success woohoo ...
Such an amazing video. So happy for this family.
Awwww, that was wonderful!
I wish her a magical vacation and a happy Mother's Day!
Update...
TODAY SHOW
Well now that the story has reached this level and is on the Today show, I am sure this dream will become reality! I wouldn't be surprised if they flew the daughters out there, too. Truly heartwarming.

I saw this lovely woman and her daughters on The Today Show this morning. Viewers paid for a week of activities for her and her daughters in NYC and some VERY special guests surprised her on the show this morning. Check it out. So cool.
Surprise! TODAY makes 'Motown' dream come true for mom, daughters
So very heartwarming!! (And I had a random observation: the guests were given color Playbills, which must have been kept around for special purposes since the cover has been black and white since September)
Did I hear correctly that Today Show VIEWERS paid for her NYC trip? You mean to tell me that Mr. Berry Gordy couldn't have MOTOWN pay for their trip to the Big Apple to be his "personal guests?" I hope I have inaccurate information. After all, MOTOWN just turned this great story into a press stunt, and it'll sell them tickets.

That's a new segment on the Today show, where viewers come up with ways to help make people's wishes come true or some such... if Motown actually paid for it, they wouldn't get as much exposure as letting The Today Show run with it... so, what good is the ability to afford it, if you simultaneously remove the publicity angle?

That was really great - thanks for posting.
CapnHook, Berry Gordy said in the clip that they would be his guests, so I assume he picked up at least the tickets to the show.
I cried. I'm a sucker for these types of stories.
That's exactly what I looked like when I got tickets to see my first Broadway show - Wicked, when I was 12. I'm so happy for her!!

I remember reading that after Cinderella stopped printing colour playbills, Laura still had a stash of them in her dressing room, and if you sent her a letter asking for a signed playbill, you would get a colour one! Don't know how long this continued but people were surpised to get colour ones in the mail.
