I am having a good ole Broadway clear out and am struggling on how to mail out window cards safely. I tried finding threads, but most seemed to be about framing or traveling with them.

Any advice?

Thank you!

By the way, Triton Gallery uses this double cardboard format to ship their windowcards.

I just get two sturdy pieces of large cardboard and tape them together with the window card in a large garbage bag between and I’ve never had an issue.

Thanks for summarizing the video in a nutshell.  That’s exactly what is shown on that link.

I cleaned out my windowcards a few years ago and just bought cardboard boxes from Home Depot - cheap, perfect size, easy to get. Just tape up the openings. None of my buyers complained about the condition when they got them so it seems to work!

Well, for your information, that is not how they ship them from triton. They sneered at this method and refused to sell me the flat piece of cardboard they put in the bags when you buy in store for this purpose.

I did a big eBay sale on window cards a while back, and bought these, and all seemed to arrive safely:
