Hmmmm... never thought of it in that way before. I will have to give it another listen tomorrow. Cerveris' delivery is still my favorite though.
It helps to have seen Cariou - who was absolutely the scariest of the three.
That would have been GREAT, alas, I was not even conceived when he was in the role.

Warner's "working with who" line in Legally Blonde makes me want to beat something with a stick.

On the subject of Legally Blonde...
"You're breaking up with me? I thought you were proposing!" - The way she says it just bothers me for some reason.
That whole spiel in class about the sperm donor case. Can you imagine someone in your class speaking like that? I mean the emphasis on "not" in "clearly not seeking an egg" and slow, careful delivery.
Bernadette Peters on the Gypsy Recording. I know she was brilliant on stage, but my god were those line deliveries awful on the recording. She just sounded drunk and forced.
Back to the Len Cariou discussion... he was my favorite Sweeney as well, by far. I've only heard him on the cast recording, unfortunately, but I thought how he interpreted the role as so underplayed. Sometimes, it was hard to take George Hearn seriously for me. (The only thing that really bothers me about Len Cariou is the way he pronounces his 'r's, because his character is British!)
Lakezurich I agree with you. It would have been great to have seen but not only was I not conceived I wasnt even an idea yet. But I do have a bootleg of him and I do agree while not my favorite of the 3 he is by far the scariest.

I absolutely HATE Elle's laugh/scream in Chip On My Shoulder in LB when Emmet gives her the present

I love Sean Palmer, but I always laugh at his line delivery in "Fathoms Below" from TLM. First, his, "I DON'T CARE!" sounds adorably nerdy, like something that kid from Even Stevens would say, and then he sounds so completely un-macho when he says, "Not while I'm Captain!" In real life, he sounded totally non-ridiculous on those lines.
I also laugh a little bit at Heather Headley on the AIDA cast recording-- the bit where she's like, "Radames, marry the princess!" Because that whole line, she sounds like she's trying to rap or something.
In no good deed in wicked. I hate basically hate how Idina said everything and prefer her no good deed live better. She sounds like a gibberish mess in the CD.
"I assumed it was raoul blurting out what he was thinking, or putting it together...'Christine is gone...with...her...OMG, ANGEL!'"
As CATSNYrevival pointed out, it is Raoul who's saying, "Christine, angel!" and I've always taken it to mean, "Christine, sweetheart!" like he's affectinately calling her "angel."
For me, it's when Julie Covington (on the concept album) misprounounces "descamisados." She says "day-camisados." Really annoys me. Makes me wonder, why didn't anyone correct her? The chorus pronounces it just fine during "Santa Evita."
Yes! The 'descamisados' always gets on my nerves!
Also, on the Jane Eyre album... so many of the British accents are absolutely terrible! I mean, I'm an American teenager, and the British accents in my high school production of Alice In Wonderland were better than some of these.

Every line that Norm Lewis has in The Little Mermaid OBCR. He's a great performer with a fantastic voice, but I just crack up every time I hear them...
Oh, indeed.
"HE'S A HYOOOMAN! YOU'RE A MMMMMMMERMAIIIID!"
I adore him, but it's hilarious.

Haha, yes, Schmerg!
I was just going to post that one...
And this line just makes me laugh- "How could she so suddenly completely disappear into thin water?"
Oh my god.
Amy McAlexander. As Amy during "Our Finest Dreams" on the Little Women cast album:
"Jo, IIIIIII AM TeeEEASssed and ridiculed at school..."
I didn't know how to type it in a comparable way to the way she says it, but she sounds like she's on crack.
I HATE HATE HATE "Darling, I must go now. (GASP). Bye" on the revival of Into the Woods.
On the revival CR of INTO THE WOODS, Jack's Mother after Jack says "But-" in the opening and she says "Son!" Like... wtf was that woman thinking? And why was she cast in the first place?
Also, Len's laughter during "A Little Priest" is some of the worst acting I've ever heard. I realize it's only laughter, but why can't an actor as brilliant as Len pull off a good fake laugh?

I know it's been far too long since I've listened to a cast recording when I read this topic title and don't even think of a proper cast recording. All I can think of is "BROTHER NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" from Razia's Shadow: The Musical by Forgive Durden. (Funniest musical that the Broadway community will never hear. Everyone should YouTube 'The End and the Beginning' from Razia's Shadow for truly epic lolz.)
Everything else I can think of has been mentioned already. Adam Pascal in Rent, Lauren Pritchard in Spring Awakening. Especially the Pritch's "Want to come?" Worst line delivery I've ever heard outside of a locally produced commercial starring the business owner's family/friends.

Patti LuPone's delivery of the word "sitting" on the Gypsy recording always makes me laugh. Some of the line deliveries on that album are wonky, but in a good way.
In one of the revival recordings of "Joseph..." the narrator, in her delightful british accent sings:
"Joseph's coat and handsome Fi-gah..."
Love it.
