Also curious about this one. Second Stage hasn't caught my attention much recently but this seemed interesting to me. Wondering if anyone has seen it and their thoughts on it. Please post here if you have!

A friend saw it last night and hated it save for Joshua Jackson's nude scene which he said was impressive!

Might need to buy a ticket for this one.

I saw it tonight. I thought it was excellent. The performances were wonderful and passionate. A friend who saw it before me gave it mixed to positive reviews and gave me a heads up that it was "more of a starting conversation on race+sex among the academic set than a fully realized play" and "be prepared to see a lot of Joshua Jackson."
Because of this, I did not expect it to be plot-driven (there is some plot). I found it well constructed as a social commentary piece and the humor was clever and the jokes landed well. I expect that every audience member will interpret the play and characters' words/actions differently and take away something different as a result. We are all from different backgrounds and race/genders after all. The play is set in 2008.
I am a huge fan of Joshua Jackson from Fringe and when I read the vague details available for the show, I thought he'd be perfect for the part. And he delivered.
And, oh yes, Joshua Jackson and Mahershala Ali were very good eye candy. The whole cast is quite attractive.
Hope this helps.

Don't want to spoil unless you want to be spoiled?
Only Joshua. For a hot second (no pun intended!). Full only during locker room changing scene. There is another underwear scene featuring him.

Lordy keep your pants on. And the nudity sounds gratuitous as hell.

I wish 2nd Stage had better advertising. Their building is so cool, but they put up these really ugly posters that have no life of "theater." Hate their curb appeal.

is the nudity in the first or second act? If I sit on the center aisle, would I have a good enough view?

The nudity is gratuitous and for the blink of an eye. If that is the draw, don't bother going. Though there is no denying Mr. Jackson is well endowed.
As for the actual show itself, it's rather meh in terms of content. Nothing new, nothing bold. The ensemble is great with the material they have been handed and I enjoyed a lot of Kenny Leon's sparse staging. There are some fantastic moments, but overall left the theater not so enthusiastic. As a subscriber, I hope Dear Evan Hansen hits it out of the ballpark. 2ST has been way too hit or miss lately.

Caught the matinee today. The last 5-10 minutes were the only time we got a steady stream of strong acting, laughter, and thoughtful moments.
Script overall doesn't take us anywhere new or particularly interesting and the fact that it essentially is a never-ending stream of very short scenes followed by a blackout impeded any real arc from developing.
While all the actors has good moments, I felt Jackson came off as the most complete character in the play with Ali a close second. The women's roles seemed underwritten.
