I saw this tonight. If Robert Sean Leonard is on a tri-state area stage, I will be there. There was also the morbid curiosity around the lead actress/producer and if her performance is as bad as I have been reading. Gentle reader, it is worse than you can ever imagine. Bless the professionals on stage. Imagine what their performances could be with a worthy talent at the center.

This cast album is not what I expected, and that was to revisit Theo Stockman's Steve Rubell. While disappointed on that front, he sounds great covering the male lead's intro number. There's a good chunk of material missing though, in addition to the aforementioned "I'm Not Done Yet," but it's nice to add an official recording to my playlist. Some of these covers by the "all-star" cast assembled are a lot of fun, tonally incohesive and good luck to a newbie trying to figure out the plot, but ...

I second Joe Mantello. It surprises me that his last Tony was more than 20 years ago. I want this for him this year as let's be real, a lot of us were skeptical, and his Salesman wound up being really special.I feel strongly about Alden Ehrenreich too.
