With all the threads about that day and closings and such we haven't had one on what show us BWW user's are seeing. I'm sure a bunch of us will be at some show that day...

Out of all the shows closing that day, why the HELL would you choose 13?

Two people would rather be a 13 than Hairspray?
I'm going to see South Pacific-
& I might go see Rock Of Ages Again.
I'll be bawling at Hairspray.
I'll be bawling at home.
I can't wait until I'm an adult so I can be unable to afford my OWN tickets, instead of blaming it on my parents.
I will be at Hairspray
maybe grease afterwards but I dont think so
I can't wait for some "you knows" pop up. I'll sadly be right here, watching some meltdowns. Updated On: 12/6/08 at 02:56 PM
Hairspray and possibly 13.

sat the 3 it's HAIRSPRAY and on Sunday the 4th it's 13 !!
as much as I like 13, i wont be upset, i mean, im surprised it lasted
but def going to be missing hairspray
"Hairspray and possibly 13."
They are both playing at 3:00 that day.
I will be rushing 13, and if I can't get tickets, I will see something else.
Well then, no 13 for me, Jeff. If I can come the night before I'll see the night show or something.
But I have a ticket for Hairspray's final and Hairspray > 13 ANYDAY.
I'll be at home anticipating and excited/sad for Spamalot's closing the week after.

I hope I'll be at Boeing-Boeing!
...and if not I would be very happy to see Hairspray for a 4th time.
However I would never even think about going to see Grease OR 13 unless I got free tickets! I've seen Grease once and 13 twice and I have no idea how either of them stayed on as long as they did (especially 13)

Because I love it.

Obviously.
I'll be in the city christmas weekend seeing a bunch of new stuff...but I was able to grab a ticket for Boeing,Boeing the day the announcement became official.
I will be burning candles, in own private vigil.
I'll be in the city MLK weekend and am NOT looking forward to see/feel the difference of the theater district.

Definately Hairspray, possibly Grease, depends on the mod of my parents though...

Are you kidding people?
See the final show of..
-An 8-time Tony Winner
-The 19th longest running show in Broadway history
-A show with two of its Tony winning lead actors reprising their roles, one being the iconical Harvey Fierstein
...or see the final show of 13, Boeing Boeing or the umpteenth revival of Grease? Hmmmmm. Tough one for me (No offense to the first two shows. I know very little about them).
HAIRSPRAY all the way!! It's going to be an amazing night with, I suspect, a good number of recognizable names in the audience.
Can't wait!
