S&D2, I'm surprised you got away with calling it 'M'. I realise you have the correct title on the poster but it is 'M' which stands out.

well... i hate to put the feelers out there and revert back to the thread... but i really hope that whatever it is is it something good.

what about oliver? i know its doing ridicolously well at Drury Lane right now, but i'm sure Cam could fund a touring set for it too... and that would DEFINATELY sell out on tour, and hack 3 month runs in venues.

I really dont think they'd take DD out yet, and nor Wicked. But I could be wrong. There's potential for Hairspray to do it, but I don't think it would work in their favour having 2 productions of it in the UK.

In other feelers... there's Sister Act... ok still proving itself, but Whoopi has the money to spend on it there's a panto pencilled in for the Palladium xmas 2010, and the Palace is certainly big enough to house that set, so could it be this?

that's only if we're talking current West End shows ofcourse... if its a revival then there's lots and lots and lots of possibilities as to what it could be... but I would deffo say no to Phantom... esp with Phantom 2 opening next year.

And what exactly is Lee Mead upto these days??its gone very quiet on camp Lee since he left Joseph.

I know my long awaited return to the board isn't a great post... but i promise i will post better things to you sweeties in due course.

Well if The Lion King is going to Dublin then that would be a sign it could be touring the UK next year

I believe The WWRY tour uses the Vegas set for the UK Tour so it's possible for TLK to tour while playing in London but it wouldn't surprise me if they close in London and tour with the London set.

LOL. There was a guy whos building a new theatre in dublin and said it wasw coming soon Google grand canal square theatre for pics. Doesent say nothing about lion king but i saw it on the tv
