Your post is awful, so are illegal videos and posts like this one don't do very well.

2. It's still playing.
3. It's called a "concept"
4. So you dislike a show because of microphones?
5. The origianal Grease did it (don't know about the current revival); and I think THAT was pretty "successful".

Um, why don't you check the grosses. It has been doing very well, although pulling in less money lately, but still has done well overall.

its hard not to find stuff about spring awakening all over this site
not that its a bad thing.....just because it is that darn successful

I'm sorry, but this person is practically asking for it. They post how they didn't like Spring Awakening after watching a BOOTLEG and then can't find any threads about the show? Hmmm...
Ask all the questions you want, but make sure it hasn't been discussed a million times before and it is phrased more intelligently...

Posted: 5/16/08 at 3:42pmI did a Google search last night and couldn't believe it won 8 Tonys and couldn't believe it. What were the critics thinking. The music is horrendous. It was also compared to Rent which is not even comparable. Rent I actually love even tho I do not like rock music. I actually had to look up the synopsis after I watched it because it wasn't real clear what happened especially with the main girl. The search I did on here the first page of search had nothing to do with Spring Awakening.

The show is soo overrated, and why is the poster allowed to post about bootleg copies that he watched..what's the point of this thread? a review of show from a bootleg video? lol!
Technically~ you dont see the show, if youve NEVER been to the theater-its a different experience than watching bootleg videos.
Gosh! I do admire you though for having the courage to post a review from watching it from a bootleg...very illegal, honey!
