I got K 19, which was the far aisle seat house left. The view was fine.

I sat row K for All My Sons and thought it was a perfect seat. The theater is pretty small, so you should be fine.
I'm going to attempt to student rush it, but I'm not sure how early and whatnot.
Just to reiterate, I got to the box office nearly three hours after it opened yesterday and was still able to get a rush ticket, albeit the supposed last one.
Thank you Frogs. Did someone try today (the difference -obviously- being a weekend date)?

I believe there are 15 SRO and 30 student rush spots, in case anyone's still curious. And since 99% of the action takes place downstage and center, I really doubt there's an obscured view in the house.
I went yesterday (Saturday). I think I was eighth in line, I got there around 9:10am, and I got seat K2 (right side on the aisle) at the matinee. It seemed like people still getting in line at 10am as the box office was opening were still getting rush tickets (it was a two-performance day, so that meant a lot were available). They gave out wrist bands while we were waiting in line and it seemed pretty organized.

So if the show is sold-out (according to online) does that mean they aren't giving out student tickets?
Quoted from my own post earlier in this thread: I grilled the box office guy about it yesterday. He said that the student rush tickets are $31.50 and they are set aside for students at every performance, so even if the show is sold out, there will be student rush tickets available in the morning.
The level of reading comprehension on this board is astounding.
I suppose some of us simply don't give too much credit to a person who posts Marty Thomas (just as he is about to make Britney Spears cry) as his avatar :-P

Agreed. Or want to read page after page of people getting in fights over what someone said.
If the thread were more than two pages, maybe I could see your point. Maybe.
Not that it's a surprise but just so you all know, I stopped by the box office today and began to ask if he had any tickets for October 31st and before I could get the word "October" out of my mouth, the guy at the ticket booth said the first date with available seats is November 11th.
He said rush hasn't been crazy...but I'm sure it will be once the show opens.

Has anyone tried the rush recently and can say how the lines are?
Also I wonder if they would have rush tix on Tues, opening night, or not.

I rushed on Sunday with my mom and sister. We got to the theater (I think) around 11. He had just given out the wristbands and there were maybe 16 people in front of us but when he came back to give us wristbands we were numbers 14 and 15 (the numbers are written on the wristbands and he asks how many tickets you're getting too). We got tickets in the last row the three farthest to the right on the aisle and I think there were 4 tickets left behind us (judging from the people sitting on the other end of the row).
Hope that helps, and I guess we'll see what happens now that it's opening.

I know this is an annoying question but once you've secured your ticket in the morning, can you get to the theater at like 7:50 to pick up your actual ticket, or do you have to be there AT 7:30?
You could even go at 7:55 pm to get your ticket if you like to live on the edge.
And just an update: I rushed this twice a week and a half ago (the week before thanksgiving) and got there both times at about 8:20 am, 40 minutes before the box office opened. My sister and I were first in line the first time we went, and we were behind a large group of guys the second time we went. But even then, there was just us and the group of guys.
And people didn't start lining up until about 8:40- 8:50 and I'm pretty sure everyone got tickets. It was like the most low key, non-crowded rush ever. I was super surprised.
The box office opens at 10:00. If you got there at 8:20, you were an hour and 40 minutes early.
Sorry, I meant 9:20. Wow that now makes it sound like I'm either retarded or lying, but whatever. there is no way that I sat there with coffee for an hour and 40 minutes lol.
