I guess they have had requests for Promenade. I would like to see a Maltby and Shire, perhaps Closer Than Ever.

MAN WITH A LOAD OF MISCHIEF
THE SECRET LIFE OF WALTER MITTY
It would be interesting to see IN TROUSERS seeing as the FALSETTOS revival will no doubt still be running then.

This year was a very exciting line up with interesting casting that brought in a lot of young people. I hope the line up next year is just as exciting.

I'd say there's little to no chance of them doing CLOSER THAN EVER. That show just had an acclaimed, long-running Off Broadway three years ago, which spawned a cast album. I don't foresee Encores using one of its slots to bring back a show so recently seen in New York.
IN TROUSERS is a great suggestion. On the subject of Bill Finn, I'd love ROMANCE IN HARD TIMES, although he wants to bring a production of that show to New York in a full production and thus might not want it done at Encores.
Others: GOD BLESS YOU, MR ROSEWATER; FLOYD COLLINS; A MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE; THE SPITFIRE GRILL; LUCKY STIFF; OIL CITY SYMPHONY.

Alan Mencken has already (unofficially) announced that ROSEWATER will be one of next year's shows.

GOD BLESS YOU, MR. ROSEWATER -- which has a wonderful score with some of the most gorgeous music Menken's ever written (one song tops the title song of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST in terms of gorgeousness)
A MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE
FLOYD COLLINS
All three, while having strong male leads, also employ smallish ensemble casts, which would be a great opportunity for both established and up and coming actors. And the musical "palate" of each is different-- ROSEWATER is sort of "Americana"-ish, MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE is Irish, and FLOYD COLLINS is bluegrass by way of Guettel.
Is that too "guy-centric?" I don't know. If there is indeed a revival of FALSETTOS next spring, I would suggest they do IN TROUSERS, too. It would be interesting for someone to see that on the Saturday matinee and then head to FALSETTOS at night. (Then again IN TROUSERS is "guy-centric", too, even if it's about Marvin's relationships with the women in his life.)

I love the Rosewater score, that is worth a trip to New York.
The Rink would be wonderful as well, and it's time The Life got a fresh airing

The summer series is a little confusing. I had thought it was for off Broadway shows that had not previously been on Broadway, but they did Little Shop this summer. So is it for shows that STARTED off Broadway?

I think their primary focus is to breathe second life into off Broadway shows that never continued on to "greater" things in NYC (i.e. Broadway), but they'll occasionally feature material that became established due to its off Broadway run, regardless of whether or not it eventually went on to play Broadway.
I won't be surprised if Off Center continues to feature shows whose original Broadway productions were classified as "revivals" because of the classics rule; in other words, I can see them featuring shows like LITTLE SHOP and ASSASSINS, but not shows like GREY GARDENS or CAROLINE, OR CHANGE.

I must have been living on another planet. You would think in 3 years time I would have noticed it was playing somewhere. So of course you are right.
Then may I suggest Starting Here Starting Now.

The Cradle Will Rock was presented in the off-Center series, despite it being a Broadway show. I think they can do whatever they want. I'd like to see Downriver or Colette
