Sutton's Replacement Contest

Since it has not been announced yet and EVERYONE is wondering - Why don't we have a little contest. Why don't we "predict" the next Janet VanDeGraff and when it is announced - We will see who knew first. In the meantime, I will think of a worthwhile prize. No "Nathan/Matthews" or "Vanessa Williams" - REAL GUESSES. So think of Non-Working actresses who would be right for this, and reply!

I was about to say Susan as well, but I don't think she'd be able to do it since she has a kid now. This may sound ridiculous, but how about Brooke Shields?

Spanger was seen for Janet as far back as late November but contract negotiations fell through (from what I've told.)

While I'd love to see Lauren Kennedy in the role, my bet is Sara Gettelfinger.
Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.

I'm kinda with Rath...I though there was gonna be a special talent show on this Sunday night called, "Thoroughly New Janet!" Bob Martin, Beth Level and John Secada would judge. My bet would be on the professional plate twirler from Idaho.

My guess for Sutton's replacement is: Christy Carlson Ramano. I think she'd give audiences as fresh approach to the role.

Nancy Anderson (she won't get it, but she's the BEST PERSON ON THE PLANET for the job)

OR

Kate Reinders (not a traditional choice, but I think she would be adorable)
