Since it has not been announced yet and EVERYONE is wondering - Why don't we have a little contest. Why don't we "predict" the next Janet VanDeGraff and when it is announced - We will see who knew first. In the meantime, I will think of a worthwhile prize. No "Nathan/Matthews" or "Vanessa Williams" - REAL GUESSES. So think of Non-Working actresses who would be right for this, and reply!

Sara Gettelfinger
Amy Spanger?

Susan Egan... but I can see either of the two previous guesses working.

I was about to say Susan as well, but I don't think she'd be able to do it since she has a kid now. This may sound ridiculous, but how about Brooke Shields?
Brooke Shields has a kid now too.
I say: Sara Gettelfinger.

"Amy Spanger?"
Spanger was seen for Janet as far back as late November but contract negotiations fell through (from what I've told.)
While I'd love to see Lauren Kennedy in the role, my bet is Sara Gettelfinger.
Charlotte Rae
Shoot. I thought we were going to write an essay and the best one gets to replace Sutton.
I'm kinda with Rath...I though there was gonna be a special talent show on this Sunday night called, "Thoroughly New Janet!" Bob Martin, Beth Level and John Secada would judge. My bet would be on the professional plate twirler from Idaho.
Tina Madigan. DUH!
I'd love to see Farah Alvin as Janet.
I have no clue who it will be, though.
My guess for Sutton's replacement is: Christy Carlson Ramano. I think she'd give audiences as fresh approach to the role.
Ooooh, I like the idea of Farah Alvin, but I don't know why. Maybe it's just because I miss I Love You Becuase so much, lol.

I adored her as Miss Dorothy in Thoroughly Modern Millie, she can do the cart wheels, funny accents, and everything. Her web site lists nothing since last November, and I was wondering whatever happened with her?
I like the idea Susan doing it.

I'm making 2 guesses...
Nancy Anderson (she won't get it, but she's the BEST PERSON ON THE PLANET for the job)
OR
Kate Reinders (not a traditional choice, but I think she would be adorable)
The Tina joke is getting old, and Susan Egan just had a baby.
I'm also thinking Sara Gettelfinger.
we have not had any real good tina jokes since Wedding Singer closed. i miss it.
