As of today my account shows 2O offerings that are not in alphabetical order. None of them are Broadway offerings. I did use the search function for La Cage and a performance came up for this coming Sunday evening. I don’t understand why they made the change in the first place. The prior system was very functional and easy to work with. Very strange. I mean I did pay an annual fee for goodness sake.

We are so sorry that this transition to our new ticketing system has been so frustrating. We feel it too and we are working around the clock to get it to the seamless purchase experience we know it can be.
Unfortunately, with projects of this scale, we need to be methodical about solving the issues and go in sequential order. We have resolved multiple issues, including and most importantly – all members should now be able to log in and view their offers and receive their confirmation and other emails. For those having issues seeing all offers on mobile, that is resolved too. We have also made a number of improvements to the ticketing experience.
The work does not stop there. We do expect substantial improvements over the weekend, with the platform operating normally for most members by end of day Monday. If issues persist after Tuesday June 23, please go ahead and email us at [X]. It may take us 24-48 hours, but a member of our team will reach out in that time to help troubleshoot your issue.
To all of you who have written in with details about the bugs you are experiencing, thank you! You have helped us identify and resolve some very important issues. We just wish there were fewer of them and will make sure that is the case in the coming days.
