Still can't get a password reset either.
Bummed because I had Wednesday off and was planning to get a matinee on there.
Why do this? Why are these relaunches always worse? Someone trying to justify their job, or what? It was a purely functional website, it was very clear and simple on desktop and mobile.

If I were a producer of Celebrity Autobiography or Chess, relying on some TDF income for the last week of performances, I would be absolutely livid.

Have you heard about "en****tifcation"? It's by design.

I never received an email stating to go in and change password. I just went to tdf.org and attempted to log-in. Then the system recognized my email and asked me to change my password which I was able to do. I have access but agree the site is difficult to navigate and not as user friendly as the previous site.
What happened to the “new” tab or filter? We need this back asap.

I was able to reset my PW. Now I am in the portal but don’t see anything.

I was finally able to change my password after trying for a day and a half, and like others nothing is loading. Infuriating.

Latest: I got a link to change my password, which I did. I logged on with username and new password. A column of shows dropped down saying 117 Offers but, like someone here mentioned, only about 20 shows displayed. No page 2, etc. The Filters lets you check off a musical, for instance, but not a musical and play for instance. Also the Filter doesn't respond when you click Apply.
We’ll all laugh about this some day!

I finally realized you need to turn the phone horizontally and scroll down to be able to change the pages.

The last time I looked, the rest of the Chess run is practically sold out.

Bless you! It’s better but the window to see the offers is very narrow - very hard to see. At least on my iPhone. P.S. It’s a little better. Thank you so much for the horizontal suggestion!

I though I was the only one !! I really hope they change this ... It's kind of annoying , not being able to choose more than one option in the filter

Every time I try to reset my password, it emails a link back to the page that has the place to type in your email to reset your password.
Loop from hell. Any tips?

I’m sure they’re being inundated, but I emailed support days ago and haven’t heard back. I can log in to my Passport account, but nothing shows up. Not even my order history.

Friday, and still nothing. Multiple unanswered customer service emails. Not a peep from TDF about what's going on/ timeline/ what customers can expect. It's almost comical what an epic failure this rollout has been.

As of today, I am finally able to log in and actually SEE the offers. What an abysmal update. How was this approved?!

I did not have problems with the password reset but it's so glitchy. I tried searching by date since it's annoying to search by show now and if I put in July 20, I get Spelling Bee and At This Performance from Green Room 42 except that those are actually available for June 20. They are not (yet) available for July 20. Sigh...

At least Passport offers are listed again. Except if you click on one, when you go back to the list you have to select the Passport filter every time, which is really buggy on mobile.
