This thread constitutes what may be the two most common topics on Broadwayworld.com. An argument about using proper grammar and an indictment of Laura Benanti (followed by an argument over whether or not Tina Maddigan is better than she is). But I'm gonna do you guys one better.

"Oh yeah, Tracee steals the show every time with her "I said hold it!"
Not to be rude, but I disagree. Tracee definitely steals the scene...but I don't think she steals the entire show with that one line."
FOA, I have a feeling muscle doesn't seriously find this the highlight of the show. It is obviously one of his favorites, and I think he was just drawing attention to one aspect of the show that hasn't been previously discussed.

Posted: 6/25/06 at 2:25amYeah, bjh is reading my mind, but i expressed myself wrong, i would rephrase what i said "Tracee steals every scene she is in" she is just hilarious. That's it. But i think the entire cast is outstanding, every single one of them.

"I said HOLD IT!"
That's definitely a scene stealer. Tracee also steals the end as fake Tina Turner.

Oh yeah! her Tina Turner is hilarious. Speaking of Tinas, Im glad you got to see Tina Maddigan as Julia. Laura is great too, but it's fun to see 2 actresses playing the same role. Both were brilliant.
