Sutton Foster, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Julie Halston, John Leguizamo, and "more" will be there.

The booths (regardless of the ridiculous amount of money that went into making them) look gorgeous.

I think it's smart to have steps that people can sit on while they're waiting for their show to start, instead of having to stand outside the theater.

Does anyone think it will be especially crowded tomorrow since it is the first day the new booths are open? I'm going to New York tomorrow and am going to try to get tickets for Gypsy at TKTS. What time does it open tomorrow and what time you think I should get there?

I couldn't imagine it being any more crowded than normal. I mean, it just moved location. I think it opens at 3pm, but I don't know what time they are doing the ribbon cutting tomorrow, so you need to check that out.

If your a student, GYPSY has a rush. They didn't even check my ID when I did it on Sunday, but you can tell I'm a student. If might be a good idea if there is a big crowd tomorrow.

What a waste of money. When they were outside the Marriott and it was raining, people didn't have to get wet waiting in line. Now they'll have to get wet again. Whatever. It's not my money.

I actually agree with Foster. I preferred the shaded location under the Marriot.

And really, does the TKTS booth have to be "pretty"? It's a white trailer, for goodness sakes.

It looks nice, but I liked it under the Marquis as well. I've only used it once, but it seemed a better place to handle all of the elements.

The TKTS Booth is in the middle of the most famous intersection in the world (arguably). So, I think it is completely appropriate for it to be "pretty" and more than just a trailer.

The TKTS in Londons Leicester Sq. Built around 15 years ago and at a cost of around $300,000. It is soon to be replaced by another booth.

It's ugly and looks painfully cheap.
It's very people unfriendly and where's the protection for the 1000s that que every day in the wild New York winters.
It looks like a garage for some arty L.A residence!

It doesn't look like anything special to me. I personally find it boring, and certainly not anything that should have taken 2 years to build.
