Not necessarily. I simply posted my opinions in this thread. I didn't interact with any of the Grinches. I interacted with you because I don't think you're a Grinch. At least I hope not!

I'm surprised this was supposed to be "more enticing and enchanting" than the actual show. Seems repetitive and...simple. Children's theatre simple, but maybe I'm being too harsh.

I don't know if he was trying to be funny, but it just comes across like he's got some issues he needs to work out. I'd feel that way regardless of whether I liked the show or not.

I am genuinely curious about people who have mentioned "plot holes" or the show being "confusing." I think the story's too simple for that.

I don't think the show is confusing, nor do I think it has plot-holes. It's just really undeveloped.

Add me to the list of those surprised by the *mostly* positive critic reviews.  As mentioned in the other thread - I went 2 weekends ago after being excited for months to see it.   After about 10-15 minutes, I turned to my friend and said, "I don't like this."  And then at intermission, I flat out said, "This is horrible."   I don't get to see Broadway shows that often so I was really looking forward to seeing it, but it was a complete dud to me.  It had NO characterization, the music was the definition of "blah", and the random dancers made me wonder what the director was thinking, etc.     So, yeah......2 thumbs down for me!
