I'm really excited to see this movie, but I can't help but be wary of it - the musical is absolutely terrible.

You could tell the show was edited. There was one question that was asked of Matt Broderick (He let's me call him Matt!) that was just cut off just as he was about to answer.

I think LA times will also be positive. There is a blurb from the same critic on the LA weekly and it is positive.

Slant Magazine is staffed by idiots who seem to talk negative about any movie that is not totally obscure. They also panned King King, Brokeback Mountain, and Memoirs of a Geisha. Not one of these movies received more than 2.5 out of 4 stars. Geisha got half a star.

I'm too bad about Memoirs getting such a poor reception, it was a fantastic book.
