How can they already know that it is ready without having even gone through previews? Things get changed so much, I'm surprised it is out. I mean of course, I will buy it at the theater tonight, but still.
Edit: Pre-order. I get it now. Sorry.

I'm so curious as to how they will do the animals..
Will there be masks?
Will there be heavy makeup (a la CATS)?
Will it be left more up to the imagination?
I always felt badly for actors who have to be covered in heavy makeup or masks...

Posted: 3/24/06 at 1:36pmwait, I'm confused. Lotto is PULLED 2 1/2 hours before curtain or they stay letting people put their names in 2 1/2 hours before curtain and then they pull it 2 hours before?
re: Tarzan First Preview#41
Posted: 3/24/06 at 1:41pmChosen 2 hours beforehand. Hmm. I might even give it a try myself tonight if it's not too much of a mob scene.

reading the latest press release i'm not sure i like the idea of
"Everybody wears a visible harness. There are visible ropes all over the stage, both for gorillas and for Tarzan — and you see them literally clip in and harness up." I was hoping for a bit more "disney magic"

Don't judge til after you see it.
And even when I get back tonight and write a review, it's still previews, so things will change.

Just remember that they've said that the show in the beginning of previews like tonight will be very different than the shows when they actually open. They've said they still have a lot of work to do. It will also totally help out to have the audience there to see how everything goes.
I'm really very interested in seeing it like, no and when they open to see how much it changes.
