If this is real, what do you think?

It doesn't look real but if it is it's pretty awesome
It's definitely a fake — too many standard elements are omitted, and it's always the details that give you away. Besides, folks: what's tomorrow's date?
Still she would be an inspired casting choice. And god knows, this would be better than the long-ago proposed Muppet version.
Read the credits. Unless Patrick Wilson, Anna Kendrick, James Corden, Nina Arianda and Cheyenne Jackson have all been announced for the film without us knowing...it's a fake.
Edit - SeanMartin, Streep is actually confirmed to play The Witch. She's the only confirmed casting yet.

Completely fake.
Nice, but fake.

Google it and you can see it was made by a 20 year old film student playing around with photoshop.
Into the Woods

Those actors weren't pulled out of thin air, at least. They were all part of the reading of the screenplay that took place this summer.
It's a fake.
And why wouldn't they photoshop out her wedding ring?
BroadwayWorld.com should know better than to post this as news. So any time a fan creates artwork, it's now going to be newsworthy? Let me call my 7 year old niece. She'd love to have her coloring book drawing of Jack and the Beanstalk up on a major website saying that it might be the teaser for INTO THE WOODS.
I mean, I knew it was probably fake but just wanted to gage peoples thoughts.
It's a fun art project but a terrible poster.
Makes me think of other options for a tag line.
E. Davis, I think CapnHook was referring to the fact that BWW posted a link to this with an article about the teaser poster as if it was real, in the article they say that no one knows if it's real or not, which is absurd. Sometimes they are so desperate for headlines on this site.
Also, it's definitely NOT spelled "Ariadna", and I'm pretty sure it's also not "Corden", right?
I know that it wasn't directed towards me. I have noticed that the headlines have been all over the place lately.
Very nice...for a piece of fan art. I do like it.

The bonnet and the rather unornate wedding band makes me wonder if that shot of Streep is a heavily doctored shot from Doubt.
Nope, but three minutes on Google images: images6.fanpop.com/image/photos/32100000/Meryl-Streep-meryl-streep-32120817-1600-1200.jpg
Again, if you're gonna pull a gag, make sure the details are all down.

The original poster never claimed it was a gag. Even the original creator said its something he did because he was bored. No ones' trying to pull one over you.

The photo is definitely doctored but it looks strangely like the PLENTY (1985) poster photo.
Plus the fact its way too.early to release a teaser poster for a film that not only hasnt begun shooting but also hasnt even been cast yet
Is it just me, or this film moving at a very slow pace??
Is either that, or they don't want to reveal any information.

And still BWW picked it up as "news" lol.
I do like it for a piece of fan art actually, it'd be fun if Meryl was front and center in the poster but I doubt she will be, they might emphasize the ensemble.
