Miller's snub really increased Osnes's chances
I wouldn't be so sure. Don't be surprised if that award goes to Donna Murphy (a Drama Desk darling... how many has she won now?) or Kate Baldwin for being a seasoned vet who never gets recognized.

Stephanie Block has a good shot at winning it, too.

I wouldn't be so sure. Don't be surprised if that award goes to Donna Murphy (a Drama Desk darling... how many has she won now?) or Kate Baldwin for being a seasoned vet who never gets recognized.
Murphy has three (I believe she and Patti LuPone are tied for most Leading Actress in a Musical Drama Desk Awards). I could also see Block winning for the same reason Baldwin could possibly win.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.
